- bottles of mineral water & apple juice in the conference room, flat rate,
- morning tea and coffee break (for 30 minutes with unlimited tea and coffee)* with a snack
- Lunch (2 course meal with 3 mains to choose from or from 20 delegates a cold-warm buffet) with 1 drink per person (0,3l soft drink or 0,2l juice),
- followed by 1 cup of tea or coffee per person,
- afternoon tea and coffee break (for 30 minutes with unlimited tea and coffee)* with a snack,
- dinner (3 course meal with 3 mains to choose from or from 20 delegates a cold-warm buffet) with 1 drink per person (0,3 l soft drink, 0,2 l juice or 0,3 l beer),
- adequate conference room (up to 5 hours),
- standard equipment (1 screen, 1 flipchart, 1 pin board),
- paper and pen per Person.
The conference packages apply at a minimum number of participants of 12 people.
* In case of 50 participants or more there will be a coffee station located next to the conference room for the entire day.
