(lacht) Habe \u00fcberall meine Finger mit im Spiel, schaue wie es l\u00e4uft und unterst\u00fctze die Kollegen sowie Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung.<\/p>\n<p>Wie sind Sie zum INSELHOTEL Potsdam gekommen?<\/p>\n<p>Herr R\u00fcgen: In der Coronakrise war es sehr schwierig und ich habe mich f\u00fcr eine Neuorientierung entschieden.
