FITNESS PROGRAM

If you are our hotel guest you may take advantage of our free fitness program offered to you upon request. We offer a variety of different courses, such as:

  • aqua fitness,
  • get you spine fitness & mobilization (“Rückenfitness & Mobilisierung”) and
  • nordic walking.

The courses take place after 15.00 o’clock for groups of a minimum of 4 persons. They take about 30 minutes.

Please let our colleagues at the reception or spa & wellness centre know you are interested and ask about the schedule the day before until 18.00 o’clock.

Upon request we offer further courses, such as Yoga, that may be connected to respective costs. We are happy to double check with respective trainers and connect you with the right person.
